What does Courage Look Like?

Courage comes in different forms.

Courage. It's not just something big and bold, like facing enemies in a war, or standing up to bullies. Courage is sometimes small and many times unseen.

It can be the plodding forward, step by step, day after day, when times are tough and it takes all your energy to move.

It is the looking, the seeking, the not knowing what will come. That's also courage.

It is not giving up and staying the course.

Sometimes courage is so unseen we dismiss it. And yet, that is courage.

If you are doing these things, if you are enduring this kind of life, if you plod daily to be the best person you can be, then this will speak to you. You know what I'm saying isn't easy. You know what strength it takes.

I also want to tell you, you are brave.
