Support Trauma Group Beginning in March

Beginning Wednesday March 23 at 4:00, I will host a trauma group. You do not have to be a client of mine to register. Please call me at 443-267-8207 or email amygnashcounseling@gmail.com Spaces are limited, so call early.

This group is to bring together those who have suffered trauma for the purpose of supporting individuals who understand, offer a community that can share. Techniques for dealing with issues and psycho education will also be offered.

The group is an open group. Members can come and go. If you have BCBS, CareFirst, or Cigna, your insurance will cover these session. Otherwise, the fee is $50 a session.
